If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then please reach out to us at info@greendodo.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However if you would still like to return and refund the order or return the order for a different product then please proceed with the following steps depending on where you bought it:
Amazon: If you purchased our products through Amazon to return the product go to “Your Orders” find the Green Dodo product you purchased and select “Return or Replace Items” and follow the steps laid out.
Etsy: If you purchased our products through Etsy to return the product go to “You” then “Purchases and Reviews” find the Green Dodo product you purchased and select “Help with order” and follow the steps laid out.
Our Store: If you received an item that is damaged or isn’t right for you through our store then please get in touch via the contact page letting us know what you want you want to return and why. Products must be returned at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will issue a full refund or replacement within 7 working days. If the product has been used prior to return then we hold the right to not issue a full refund.
